Field Service Engineer- Hyderabad

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling project management and coordination with contractors and higher management for our ongoing Petrol Station Retail Automation Project. Your role will involve installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the Automation System at Petrol Stations. You will be required to maintain project timelines, plans, and document project progress. Additionally, you will configure and integrate forecourt devices with the automation system and provide support to clients through phone calls and emails. Site visits for installation and problem resolution within a 150 km radius of the posting location will also be part of your responsibilities. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and the regional language are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Project handling and management, including coordination with contractors and higher management - Installation and Commissioning of Automation System at Petrol Stations - Project maintenance and support - Maintain project timelines, plans, and document project progress - Configuration and integration of forecourt devices with the automation system - Provide support to clients over phone calls and emails, with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems - Demonstrate good knowledge of electronics and computer network systems - Conduct site visits for installation and problem resolution within a 150 km radius of the posting location Qualifications Required: - Good problem-solving skills in electronics, familiarity with the functionality of a multi-meter, and knowledge in computer and networking - Knowledge of computer operation and office software - Familiarity with basic electronics tools and components - Understanding of computer networking - Basic electrical knowledge and diagnosis skills - Willingness to travel to various client sites - ITI or Diploma or any higher education from Electronic, Electrical, or Instrumentation field Note: The job is full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
