Field Service Engineer (Pharma Instruments)

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer who is technically strong in handling analytical instruments and has prior exposure to pharmaceutical production facilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, eager to learn, and confident in technical discussions with clients.🔹

Key Responsibilities

Calibration of field instruments such as NVPC, LPC, GIT, FITInstallation, troubleshooting, and attending breakdownsSupport senior engineers in projects and customer handlingDocumentation and reporting in MS OfficeFrequent travel across pharma sites in Ahmedabad.

🔹 Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of analytical instrumentsUnderstanding of pharma manufacturing guidelines & regulations (GMP / cGMP)Good communication & reporting skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamProficiency in MS Office🔹

What We Expect (KPIs)

Independently handle NVPC & VPC calibrations within 3 monthsUnderstand working principles of all instruments within 3 monthsAdhere to pharma industry compliance & guidelines🔹

Working Conditions

Extensive travel by bus, train, or bike (within 100 km radius)Travel with calibration kitFlexible to work late nights or holidays in critical situations🌟
