Position: Service Engineer.
Job Location: Manesar, Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
· Knowledge and Exposure on ASM SMT Machines.
· Knowledge and Exposure to Pick & Place Machines.
· Knowledge and experience of Programming and MES System.
· Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure prompt and accurate problem resolution.
· Undertake service activities including installations, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
· Implement improvements to optimize service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile :
· Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical or B.Tech-Electronics/Electrical with 3-6 years of experiencefrom SMT Electronics industry.
· Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
