Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, your role involves conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various oil and gas equipment at retail outstations like petrol pumps to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment, and providing technical support to clients. Your focus will be on safety compliance, documentation, reporting, training, and coordination of field operations. It is essential to adhere to company policies and protocols to maintain high operational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site maintenance and repairs on oil and gas equipment at retail outstations - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during equipment operation - Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment - Provide technical support and guidance to clients to maximize efficiency and safety - Ensure safety compliance and identify potential hazards to promote a secure working environment - Maintain detailed records of service activities and provide reports to supervisors - Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of equipment operations and safety protocols - Collaborate with team members to coordinate field operations and resolve technical issues effectively - Follow company policies related to quality control, health, safety, and environmental protection Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical - Freshers can apply - Must have an Android smartphone - Must possess own bike and driving license If you are located in Kolkata, Murshidabad, Mecheda, Haldia, or Durgapur, this full-time position offers a salary of up to 15K NTH with additional benefits such as PF, ESI, and TA.
