Job Description

Service Engineer - IR Pneumatic Tools Servicing (Ahmedabad & Vadodara Region)

Location:

Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing of IR pneumatic and electric tools.
Diagnose faults and carry out on-site or in-house repairs.
Maintain service reports and update service documentation regularly.
Coordinate with customers for timely service support and feedback.
Ensure quick response and turnaround time for service calls.
Support the sales/service team with technical assistance when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
1-5 years experience in industrial tools or equipment servicing.
Hands-on experience in pneumatic or electric tools preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
Must be willing to travel within Ahmedabad and Vadodara region.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
