Documenting observations and raising non-conformance reports (NCRs) Skills Required Knowledge of mechanical tolerances and fits (GD&T) Skilled in using torque wrenches, alignment tools, hydraulic jacks, and lifting equipments Experience with pneumatic tools and precision measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, dial gauges) Understanding standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Sequential build and sub-assembly management Quickly identifying and resolving assembly and fitment issues Prioritizing tasks based on build schedule and delivery targets
