Job Description

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and ELV systems.
  • Ensure smooth operation and reliability of building automation systems across commercial and critical infrastructure environments.
  • Provide on-site support, technical guidance, and system training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and maintain IBMS, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control, CCTV, and other ELV systems.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure uptime for critical areas like data centers, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
  • Deliver field support in line with SLA commitments and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Conduct Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and manage critical spare parts inventory.
  • Provide technical training to users on system operation and fault rectification.
  • Review and validate system designs, wiring diagrams, and operation sequences for compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of IBMS, BMS, and ELV systems (FAS, Access Control, CCTV, PAS, VESDA, WLD, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer-focused with effective communication and relationship management skills.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC control systems and energy management.
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
