Provide efficient service to customers for the printers supplied by the company
• Demonstration & Installation of printers to customers & its operators and ensure 100% adherence on installation standards• Updating on technical briefings regularly & ensure same need to be trained to the customers end• Maintaining of service documents and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records• Should be able to attend service calls beyond office hours, in case of any emergency & situation demands• Maintaining good relations with customers & providing regular service in a timely manner.• Travel PAN India/ in the given territory for service & maintenance
