Service Engineer – Industrial Automation

We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-driven Service Engineer who can bring our systems to life at customer sites and ensure every installation performs flawlessly.

Responsibilities

· Install and commission automation systems — PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and weighing controllers — ensuring smooth start-up at customer sites.

· Diagnose and resolve electrical or control system issues, both on-site and remotely.

· Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks to keep systems running efficiently.

· Work closely with Projects, R&D, and Software teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements.

· Maintain accurate installation reports, service logs, and feedback summaries for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

· Strong understanding of PLC systems, sensors, and industrial control circuits.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.

· Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

· Willingness to travel and handle on-site support activities.

· Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
