Field Service Engineer FRESHER

• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix hardware/software problems; perform routine cleaning, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
• Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and network new printers, copiers, and imaging devices (MFPs).
• Technical Support: Provide remote or on-site support to end-users, resolving printing, scanning, and connectivity issues.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage parts inventory, order supplies, and replenish consumables like toner/paper.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and update documentation.
• Quality Control: Monitor machine performance for quality issues and ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaboration: Work with IT departments on network-related printing problems.
• Technology: Stay current with new printing technologies and software updates.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
