Position: Field Service Engineer Work Status: Full time Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA/BCA Experience: 1-3 Years Location: Baroda As a Field Service Engineer at EagleEye, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our customers and conduct field service repairs. You will be tasked with managing assignments through our ERP system, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position will involve covering the Gujarat region, with occasional travel nationwide. Our corporate office is based in Baroda. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Repair, install, maintain, and calibrate various copiers, label printers, biomedical equipment, and instrumentation at customer sites. - Conduct preventive maintenance and electrical safety testing on equipment and systems. - Diagnose and rectify malfunctions in systems and equipment. - Offer technical guidance and training to personnel on equipment operation and maintenance. - Evaluate the effectiveness of preventive maintenance actions and provide recommendations for enhancements. - Manage parts inventory to meet field service requirements effectively.
