The vision is to establish Atlas Copco as the top service organization in the compressed air industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Increase Customer Productivity by maintaining compressed air installations with increased reliability and ensuring guaranteed maximum uptime through fast and professional service response. - Reduce Total Operating Cost by optimizing the efficiency of compressed air installations, implementing service plan agreements, and ensuring optimal compressor operations. **Principal Responsibilities:** - Manage the business activities of your team or yourself and align with the goals of the organization. - Perform interventions such as maintenance, repair, start & commissioning, inspection, and investigation to ensure maximum efficiency, minimum downtime, and energy savings. - Provide clear external and internal reports on the work carried out and business activities. - Actively participate in suggesting continuous improvements, acquiring skills and knowledge, and contributing to the development of the department and organizations. - Collaborate with others to provide high-quality and reliable services to customers. **Qualification Requirements:** - Educational requirements: High School level education or above. - Experience in service business, maintenance work of industrial machines, or assembling machines. - Knowledge of Fluent Japanese, Basic English, Microsoft programs, and ability to learn other necessary software. - Personality requirements: Ability to travel, flexibility, positive attitude, strong commitment to customer service, effective interpersonal skills, passion for mission, and collaborative work approach.
