Role & responsibilities Responsible for projects related to Injection Moulding department and to complete the same with in stipulated time frame and budget. Responsible for process enhancement in terms of productivity and quality. Responsible for machine upgradations and modification in cohesion with global sites. Responsible for provision of auxiliary and ancillary requirements of production in optimised manner. Responsible in finalising the specifications of machines requirements as per production process. Responsible in finalising the specifications of auxiliary and ancillary equipments required for machines and production process. Responsible for upgradation of machines with best suited technologies. Training persons related to machines/ equipments once the respective project is over i.e. maintenance, Tooling and production. Responsible for validation documents in cohesion with global sites and SME. Responsible for maintaining relevant documents of respective departments. Responsible for all legal safety regulations compliances with respect to respective department and machines. Responsible for updating and communicating the work schedule to concerned persons Responsible for budgeting of new projects from concept phase and involvement till hand over to production with production and quality required specifications. Focus on continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile • Bachler of Engineering Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical with 04-10 years work experience. • Technical Knowledge of Automation • Technical Knowledge of Injection Moulding Presses • Technical Knowledge of Hydraulics • Technical Knowledge of industrial safety norms and regulations • Should be able to read electrical drawings and P&ID's • Should have knowledge of installation of machines • Should have knowledge of process • Should have known how of pharma industry • Should be conversant with MS office, project and Auto CAD. • Should be able to work as a team and train subordinates
