Field Service Engineer-Analytical Instruments

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically sound and proactive Service Engineer with hands-on experience in analytical instruments and calibration activities, especially in pharmaceutical production environments. The ideal candidate should be ready to travel, handle calibration independently and support project activities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Calibration of field instruments - NVPC, VPC, LPC, FIT,GIT, etc.On-site installation, breakdown service & technical support.Assist senior engineers on pharma projects.Travel across assigned regions with calibration kits.Document proper and complete service reports.Understand pharma industry guidelines & ensure compliance.

What we are looking for:

Background in working with analytical instruments.Knowledge of pharma manufacturing practices (cGMP, SOPs,etc).Strong communication and reporting skills.Working knowledge of MS Office.Self-discipline, learning mindset and ability to work late hours or holidays (if required).Ready to travel by bus/train/bike (within 100km range).

Performance Expectations (KPIs):

Independently handle NVPC/VPC calibrations within 3 months.Understanding working principles of all assigned instruments.Comply with pharma regulatory standards.
