Our major clients include L&T, TATA, Godrej, and various MIDC-based industries. We are now expanding our sales operations in Maharashtra and seeking enthusiastic field professionals to join our growth journey.

Position Summary:

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert new customers in the industrial sector.
• Visit customer sites across MIDC regions.
• Present and demonstrate company products effectively.
• Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.
• Provide basic after-sales coordination and support.
• Keep updated on competitor activity and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Engineering preferred).
• 1–3 years of B2B or industrial sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Familiarity with Pune MIDC areas is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler.
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range:

  ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)

• Conveyance Allowance:

  Petrol reimbursement

• Mobile Allowance:

  Provided

• Travel Allowance:

  As per actuals for outstation visits
