Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of industrial cranes and lifting equipment with a strong presence in the UAE, Oman, and India. Our major clients include L&T, TATA, Godrej, and various MIDC-based industries. We are now expanding our sales operations in Maharashtra and seeking enthusiastic field professionals to join our growth journey. Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive our sales in Pune's MIDC industrial belts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, promoting our products, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and convert new customers in the industrial sector. Visit customer sites across MIDC regions. Present and demonstrate company products effectively. Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations. Meet monthly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports. Provide basic after-sales coordination and support. Keep updated on competitor activity and market trends. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Engineering preferred). 1–3 years of B2B or industrial sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Familiarity with Pune MIDC areas is a strong advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must own a two-wheeler. Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
