Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
property/client visits
with prospective buyers/investors and present project details.
Generate new leads and
achieve monthly real estate sales & loan disbursement targets
.
Explain
loan products, eligibility, interest rates & documentation requirements
to customers.
Collect & verify
KYC documents, income proofs & property papers
, ensuring timely submission.
Maintain & update
project inventory
(pricing, availability, offers & new launches).
Coordinate with
developers, channel partners, banks/NBFCs, and internal operations team
.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring
follow-ups, closure, referrals & repeat business
.
Record client interactions, site visits, and follow-up status on CRM or internal trackers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA (preferred) with
1-4 years of experience
in Real Estate / Home Loans / Field Sales / BFSI/ NBFCs.
Strong understanding of
property sales & Home loan
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation & convincing skills
(Hindi/English; local language preferred).
Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable with field work & travel
.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
.
