Field Sales Representative

Position: Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail counters, electrical shops and distributors daily for product promotion and order generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, counter staff, and distributors.
• Actively promote company electrical products and ensure placement/visibility at counters.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
• Handle order bookings, product demonstrations, and basic after-sales guidance.
• Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable).
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain proper documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in electrical items or distribution-based products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Knowledge of local market routes and retailer network will be an added advantage.
• Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (as per company policy).
• Two wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory
