Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Visit 20–25 outlets daily (coffee cafes, pizza outlets, and cake shops) across Bangalore. Collect customer data: contact details, product details, business type, turnover, product requirements, and units consumed. Take product samples from potential clients. Record and maintain all client interaction data in Microsoft Excel – organized, accurate, and updated daily. Submit daily client reports, including graphic reports, via email or shared Excel sheets. Target to cover 500+ customers per month. Attend regular meetings with the management via calls and emails. Help convert leads to orders – earn incentives on successful and repeat orders. Explore and cover various business hubs/localities in Bangalore efficiently. Understand and cater to both B2B and B2C customer requirements. Requirements: Location: Must be a resident of Bangalore with strong local area knowledge. Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in the FMCG, food, or packaging. You must have your own vehicle for daily travel. You should be presentable, well-spoken, and confident in approaching potential clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Good communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of working without office supervision. Ability to handle basic reporting and analytics independently.
