Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor paper cup forming machines and food packaging printing machines. Set up machinery according to production specifications and adjust settings as needed. Inspect output to ensure quality standards (color, print alignment, cup shape, sealing, etc.) are met. Load raw materials (paper rolls, inks, adhesives) and monitor inventory levels. Conduct routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machinery. Record production data and machine performance, and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and reduce downtime.
