Field Sales Representative

As a Sales Executive at NIIT, you will play a crucial role in engaging with colleges and potential learners to promote our new-age career programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging Colleges: Approach colleges in and around your base city to connect with Deans, HODs, and TPOs, showcasing the value NIIT brings to their students. - Conducting Sessions: Organize sessions, events, and webinars for students to introduce them to NIIT's career programs. - Career Counselling: Provide guidance to potential learners such as final-year college students and unemployed graduates on planning their career paths with NIIT's assistance. - Promoting Online Learning: Highlight the uniqueness and effectiveness of NIIT's online learning model. - Sales Closing: Manage the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including making calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management. - Database Management: Maintain a detailed CRM database of all interactions with leads. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills. - Hardworking individuals with high dedication and extreme determination. - Experience in EdTech or Field sales is advantageous. - Proven track record as a Rockstar sales performer. - Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can build strong relationships with potential learners. - Disciplined approach towards building a sales funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and meeting targets. - Willingness to travel, work in the field, and enthusiasm for incentives and career growth with NIIT.,
