Field Sales Representative

About Kipenzi: Kipenzi is on a mission to make pet parenting easier through innovative, affordable, and high-quality products—ranging from India’s first smart cat litter box to grooming essentials and pet feeders. We’re looking for a driven Offline Sales Executive to help expand our retail and distributor presence across key regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard local pet stores, veterinary clinics, pet salons, and distributors for Kipenzi products.
• Conduct field visits, product demos, and promotional activities to build brand visibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure repeat business.
• Handle B2B queries, providing accurate product information, assistance, and post-sale support.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends regularly.
• Achieve offline sales targets and provide daily updates to the manager.
• Educate partners about new launches, product USPs, and promotional schemes.
• Support logistics and follow up on inventory and order fulfillment.
• Participate in offline events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.

Skills Required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Field sales experience preferred (especially in FMCG or pet industry)
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and travel locally
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Docs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
