Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative in the real estate industry, your role will involve conducting field visits and meetings with potential clients, managing site visits, understanding customer requirements, converting leads into sales, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field visits and regular meetings with prospective real estate clients. - Arrange and manage site visits for residential/commercial projects. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property options. - Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets. - Maintain strong follow-ups, CRM updates, and daily reporting. - Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. - Assist clients with booking documentation and coordination. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of proven field sales experience in the Real Estate sector. - Strong negotiation and convincing skills. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals efficiently. - Good presentation and customer-handling skills. - Must be target-driven, confident, and self-motivated. - Two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred). - Good knowledge of the local real estate market and pricing.
