Position: Field Sales Representative – Carpets & Home Textiles

Location Base: Delhi NCR

Coverage: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad + Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP, Uttarakhand, Himachal, J&K

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic field sales professional who will represent our carpets, rugs, throws, and home textile products across North India, build strong dealer networks, and drive B2B sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to carpet retailers, furnishing stores, wholesalers, and distributors across Delhi NCR & North India

• Meet interior designers, architects, hotel procurement teams, and builders for project-based sales

• Present samples, catalogs, price lists, and product specifications

• Generate leads, convert inquiries, and achieve monthly sales targets

• Expand the distributor and dealer network in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP, Uttarakhand, and other northern states

• Maintain strong follow-up for orders, dispatches, and payments

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the North India region

• Capture client requirements and coordinate with the production team

• Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings

• Prepare daily visit reports and provide territory feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in carpets, rugs, home textiles, flooring, furnishings, or home décor preferred

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Ready for extensive travel across North India

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
