Job Description

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the Pathanamthitta region, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include visiting retailers, distributors, and customers to generate sales, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring timely order booking. You will also be expected to expand the customer base by identifying new sales opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and share market insights. Additionally, ensuring product display, visibility, and availability, maintaining daily sales reports, and updating the team regularly are crucial aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum qualification of Plus Two/Graduate and possess 1-2 years of FMCG sales experience. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills are essential, along with fluency in Malayalam; basic English proficiency is preferred. Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a mandatory requirement for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work location will be in person.
