Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Battery Dost in the local EV rickshaw community. Your primary goal is to onboard drivers to our battery swapping service by educating them on the benefits, building trust, and offering excellent customer support on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with e-rickshaw drivers at their locations to promote battery swapping services.
• Explain the benefits, process, and cost savings of Battery Dost swapping to drivers in a clear and relatable manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to drive service adoption and loyalty.
• Collect customer feedback and report market insights to improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and driver interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in field sales, preferably with EV drivers or in a relevant B2C environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about electric vehicles and battery swapping technology.
• Willingness to work and travel within the assigned area.
