Field Sales Representative

As a Sales Executive for personal care products in Vishakhapatnam, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail shop sales, preferably in personal care or FMCG, you will utilize your skills and passion for personal care products to excel in this role. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable personal care products. It will be essential for you to stay updated on product features, ingredients, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. Additionally, you will assist in stock management, display arrangement, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area, while striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets by providing excellent service and upselling relevant products. You will also be responsible for informing customers about discounts, new launches, and promotional campaigns, as well as building rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
