Designation: Field sales & Marketing officer

Job Description:

Field sales & Marketing officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product sales. Should be working closely with customers and lead sources to create and upkeep customers for the business benefits in ethical way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company’s plumbing and sanitary ware products to a wide range of customers, including contractors, Engineers, Architects, Plumbers, retailers, and end-users.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
• Manage and monitor advertising budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
• Coordinate and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing staff and collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, efforts, service and adjust strategies accordingly with due approval from the senior management.

Qualification Requirements:

· Any degree

· 0-3 years of experience in the same industry or relevant field

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
