About Policy Bazaar:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and conduct

    door-to-door visits.

  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients for

    policy renewals and upselling

    .
  • Conduct field marketing activities such as

    product demos, seminars, and workshops

    .
  • Meet

    daily/weekly sales targets

    while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service.

Requirements:

  • Must have a

    two-wheeler with a valid driving license

    .
  • Good communication skills in

    Kannada & English

    .
  • Passion for sales, customer handling, and achieving targets.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary + Unlimited Incentives
