Urgent Hiring :: Field Sales Executive - Home Loan Sales :: Multiple Locations

Job Summary:

As a Home Loan Sales Officer at Cyitechsearch, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and guiding them through the home loan process. You will play a crucial role in promoting home loan products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and source potential customers for home loans through various channels, including field visits, tele-calling, and networking.
  • Generate leads from the open market and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting potential leads into successful sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their home loan needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers throughout the loan application process and resolve any queries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and timely assistance.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

  • Stay updated with the latest information about home loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
  • Present product features and benefits to customers and explain the home loan process and documentation requirements.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Assist customers in preparing and submitting the required documents for home loan applications.
  • Ensure that all applications comply with Cyitechsearch and partner bank guidelines as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Track competitors' products, services, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments like credit, operations, and documentation to ensure timely loan processing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce/MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in home loans, mortgages, or financial services.
  • Freshers with strong sales acumen are also welcome to apply.
  • Must have good knowledge of the real estate market, local builders, and home loan processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,383.97 - ₹17,244.57 per month
