Field Sales Officer

• Customer service: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them make purchase decisions
• Product knowledge: Demonstrating and explaining products, and selecting options that suit customers' needs
• Merchandise: Retrieving merchandise from stock rooms or other locations, and placing special orders
• Sales: Processing sales, returns, and exchanges
• Sales goals: Setting and tracking sales goals
• Sales records: Maintaining sales records
• Client relationships: Developing relationships with clients, and providing ongoing support
• Negotiation: Negotiating prices and terms with customers
• Sales contracts: Preparing sales contracts
• Teamwork: Working with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Cover 25-30 shops on daily basis as per PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) and beat the scheme.
• Maintaining the correct quantity of all SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) in the retail store
• Ensure product visibility in stores.
• Launching and placing new products as per the company guidelines.
• The company will be in touch with the wholesalers and retailers
• To meet as many potential audiences as possible, explain the products to them.
• Collecting feedback from the clients and customers.
• Resolving retailer's queries regarding plans and returns/expiry etc.
• Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
• Engage other organizations within the community.
