Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales role based in Indore. The Field Sales professional will be responsible for expanding the company's client base by generating and nurturing leads, engaging with potential clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include conducting property site visits, fostering client relationships, preparing sales strategies, ensuring the execution of sales agreements, and working closely with the sales operations team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• 0 to 1 year of experience
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address client needs and concerns promptly
• Proficiency in sales techniques, such as lead generation and closing deals
• Experience in sales operations and an ability to execute efficient sales processes
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to working in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Prior experience in real estate would be an advantage but is not mandatory
