Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new B2B clients in manufacturing,

warehousing, logistics, automobile, automation, pharma and related industries.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to industrial clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals effectively.
• Provide market insights and competitor feedback to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, finance) for smooth order

execution and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain regular reporting through CRM and submit MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 to 7 years of experience in industrial/B2B field sales, preferably in castors, material

handling equipment, hardware, or related products.

• Strong knowledge of the Pune industrial belt and client network is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation as required.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing near industrial area
• Candidates familiar with local language will be an added advantage
• Candidates with own vehicle will be required
