Field Sales Manager pune 4 - 7 years INR 0.5 - 0.8 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and onboard new B2B clients in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automobile, automation, pharma and related industries. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business. Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to industrial clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals effectively. Provide market insights and competitor feedback to management. Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, finance) for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain regular reporting through CRM and submit MIS reports Preferred candidate profile 4 to 7 years of experience in industrial/B2B field sales, preferably in castors, material handling equipment, hardware, or related products. Strong knowledge of the Pune industrial belt and client network is a must. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation as required. Preference will be given to candidates residing near industrial area Candidates familiar with local language will be an added advantage Candidates with own vehicle will be required
