Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Executive (CE) at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for handling single or multiple distributors of varying scales of business. Your role involves representing PepsiCo in the market, where you will be tasked with planning, deploying, and executing joint business plans to drive sustainable sales capability. Additionally, you will play a key role in helping distributors expand their business by providing coaching and support to the distributor and/or their team of sales representatives. Your contribution will be crucial in resolving market challenges and ensuring incremental business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver monthly secondary targets and drive gross revenue growth - Efficiently plan routes to increase productivity - Expand Net Distribution by serving more outlets - Grow Weighted Distribution by increasing SKU count in existing outlets - Ensure stock availability and Rack Execution as per planogram - Build strong relationships in the market to maximize customer satisfaction - Provide one-on-one training to PSRs to enhance their business understanding and sales capability - Set monthly targets for each salesperson - Coach salesmen in the market on execution strategies - Monitor salesmen's performance through regular sales reports - Communicate incentives and motivate salesmen to achieve targets - Handle distributor/hub/spokes appointment and retirement for territories - Manage Distributor Business (DB) health by following the Joint Business plan - Collaborate in the recruitment and retention of sales representatives - Minimize expiry/stales by ensuring FIFO and stacking norms of products - Track correct and timely delivery of orders in the market - Ensure food compliance of every distributor - Support the development of distributors on PepsiCo sales competencies Qualification Required: - Minimum graduate degree - 3 to 4 years of experience in FMCG or similar sales and distribution (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
