We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Field Sales team. You will spend most of your time in the market meeting clients while managing key office-based tasks such as reporting, follow-ups, and planning. Key Responsibilities Field Work (75%): Visit potential and existing clients to pitch our products Build relationships and maintain client satisfaction Achieve field sales targets through daily visits Office Work (25%): Maintain client records and follow up on inquiries Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management Assist in planning and tracking sales campaigns Accountability: Daily field reporting: No. of visits, client responses, and orders Target achievement: Weekly/monthly sales goals Data accuracy: Timely and accurate CRM or Excel updates Professional behavior: Representing Rathi Group professionally in the field About Company: Rathi Welding, a proud division of the Rathi Group, is one of India's leading manufacturers of premium-quality mild steel welding electrodes and abrasive solutions.
