Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through networking, cold calls, emails, and market research.
• Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations at various locations to showcase company offerings.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Sales & Negotiation: Present proposals, negotiate contracts and pricing, and close sales deals to meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, track sales progress, and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitor strategies, industry trends, and market opportunities to identify gaps and needs.
• After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate, convince clients, and close deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting information and building rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the company's products or services and the ability to explain their benefits to customers.
• Customer Focus: Ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to build trust and loyalty.
• Independent Work: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a fast-paced field environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools for customer and sales tracking, and basic computer skills like the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel & Driving: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations within the assigned territory.
