Job Overview:
Looking for a proactive Field Sales professional to drive customer acquisition, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new customers through field visits, calls, and networking
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to management
• Gather customer feedback and market insights
• Represent the company at trade shows and events
• Travel locally to meet clients and prospects

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in filtration, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or equipment manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate value to customers
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with good time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
