Job Title : Field Sales Executive

Job Summary :
Vaayu Shanti Solution Pvt. Ltd., Raipur a leading manufacturer of Pollution Control Equipment such as Filter Bags, Cages, and a supplier of ESP spares is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships across assigned industrial regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to industrial areas for business development (15–20 days fieldwork per month).
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Promote and sell Filter Bags, Cages, and ESP spares to industries.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare visit/sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and deliveries.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide daily visit report.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial or engineering products.
Must be willing to travel extensively in assigned regions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferably should know the local language of the region (Bengali/Odia/South Indian languages).
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Well-versed in computer application such as MS Office, professional email drafting and Power Point presentation development.
Should be able to read CAD drawing.
Highly Self-motivated, target - oriented, and able to work independently.
Additional Details :
Candidates must be ready for regular field visits.
Candidates from the respective regions will be preferred.

Salary Range : 23 to 28k
