Field Sales Executive
Skills and responsibilities
* Exposure to site visits, customer interaction, and lead generation through fieldwork is essential
* Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems (On-grid/Off-grid)
* Good communication and customer handling skills
* Field lead generation from under-construction/new buildings
* Ability to understand load requirements and explain solar benefits
* Comfortable using smartphone apps, Excel, and CRM tools
* Target-oriented and self-driven
* Local language proficiency (preferred)
* Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
* Visit new constructions and under-construction sites to collect building owner/contact details
Responsibilities
* Generate leads through fieldwork, cold calling, and networking
* Explain technical and financial benefits of solar rooftop systems to customers
* Coordinate with the engineering team for survey and proposal generation
* Follow up regularly to convert leads into orders
* Assist in signing contracts, subsidy documentation, and net metering process
* Maintain accurate reports of visits, leads, and conversions
* Participate in awareness campaigns or marketing events as required
