Job Summary:

Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
  • Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in local language and basic English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
