Job Description

🧑‍💼 Role Overview As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Sree Ads products and services directly to clients, driving business growth in your assigned territory . 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential and existing clients (on-site pitches, negotiations)  Generate leads via cold calling, market visits, referrals, networking  Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through conversions and upselling Foundation Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business Collect and relay market intelligence Submit regular sales reports (daily or weekly) and follow-up on pending deals  Ensure timely delivery compliance and after‑sales support coordination 🎯 Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, B2B, or marketing roles  Graduate degree preferred (some roles accept 12th pass)  Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi; Basic English acceptable in some listings Sreeads Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently Basic computer literacy (MS Office )  Must have a two‑wheeler with a valid driving license due to territory travel requirements
