Field Sales Executive (Software Products & Services)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and passionate Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our software products and services across the Tamil Nadu market. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering the right software solutions.

This is a client-facing role, suitable for individuals who enjoy building relationships, achieving targets, and growing with a fast-paced software company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted field visits, strategic cold calls, and effective networking.

Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present software solutions.

Demonstrate product features and services to clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collect market insights and feedback to support product and service improvements.

Collaborate with the internal team for proposals, quotations, and after-sales support.

Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong communication and presentation skills (Tamil & English mandatory).

Basic understanding of software/IT solutions (training will be provided).

Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.

Compensation & Benefits (as per Tamil Nadu IT & Sales market standards)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
