Job Title: Franchise Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Franchise Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, closing franchise deals, and building long-term business relationships while promoting our brand effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new franchise partners.

Identify potential markets and franchisee prospects through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation.

Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and support their onboarding process.

Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize expansion.

Participate in business expos, franchise shows, and local networking events.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in franchising or channel sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Proficiency in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).

Knowledge of the Coimbatore market is a strong advantage.
