Field Executive Officer

As a Field Executive at RU LOANS in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, your role involves sourcing loan leads, verifying customer details, collecting documentation, and supporting the loan disbursement process through extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, and internal team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Source potential customers for various loan products like personal loans, lap loans, home loans, business loans, and vehicle loans. - Visit clients at their homes, offices, or business premises to convert leads and collect documents. - Clearly explain loan products and terms to customers. - Conduct field verification and background checks to assess applicant eligibility. - Collect and verify required documents following company policies. - Ensure timely submission of customer applications. - Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams as necessary. - Maintain records of daily activities, leads, and client interactions. Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. - Own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license (preferred).
