Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Executive to join our loans team. The Field Executive will be responsible for sourcing loan leads, verifying customer details, collecting documentation, and supporting the loan disbursement process. This role involves extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential customers for various loan products (e.g., personal loans, lap loans,home loans, business loans, vehicle loans).
• Visit clients at their homes, offices, or business premises for lead conversion and document collection.
• Explain loan products and terms clearly to customers.
• Conduct field verification and background checks to assess the eligibility of applicants.
• Collect and verify required documents as per company policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of customer applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams as needed.
• Maintain records of daily activities, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
