Field Executive Officer

You are a dynamic and results-driven Field Executive at RU LOANS in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Chennai. As a part of the Sales/Operations department, you report to the Sales Manager and work full-time. Your primary responsibility is to source loan leads, verify customer details, collect documentation, and support the loan disbursement process. This role requires extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, and collaboration with internal teams for smooth loan processing. Key Responsibilities: - Source potential customers for various loan products like personal loans, lap loans, home loans, business loans, and vehicle loans. - Visit clients at their homes, offices, or business premises to convert leads and collect documents. - Clearly explain loan products and terms to customers. - Conduct field verification and background checks to assess applicant eligibility. - Collect and verify required documents following company policies. - Ensure timely submission of customer applications. - Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams as necessary. - Maintain records of daily activities, leads, and client interactions. Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. - Own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license (preferred).
