Field Sales Executive

As a Business Development Executive focused on the HoReCa sector, your role will be instrumental in driving business growth by expanding market presence, onboarding new clients, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Expand HoReCa Business: Identify and onboard new Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering clients to increase market share. - Field Sales & Client Visits: Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular field visits. - Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Demand Generation: Drive product visibility and demand through on-ground promotions and merchandising. - Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Educate customers on product offerings, conduct demos, and provide training. - Route Planning & Coverage: Plan daily routes for maximum client engagement and territory penetration. - Order Management: Ensure timely order booking, coordination with logistics, and on-time delivery. - Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and provide insights to management. - Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business. - Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with branches, supply chain, and marketing teams for smooth operations. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in HoReCa or B2C food & beverage sales. - 2 years of field sales experience. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness for extensive fieldwork and travel. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Local candidates from Kalavoor, Alappuzha preferred due to regional focus.
