· Drive sales and targets across assigned locations and ensure compliance. · Source and promote Agri/SME loans for the Bank. · Manage and lead a team of FOS executives. · Achieve monthly productivity targets at the FOS level. · Maintain optimal team structure through regular hiring and performance review. · Take action to remove non-productive FOS as per policy. · Conduct regular product and process training in coordination with the Bank. · Monitor FTR, TAT, and ensure delivery as per Bank standards. · Maintain data privacy and confidentiality of customer information. · Ensure discipline and effective customer engagement by the FOS team.
