Job Description

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit clients and prospects on a daily basis to promote and sell company products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Submit daily/weekly field sales reports to the head office in Bangalore.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, payment collection, and customer support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales,

    around 5 years experience

    (preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Languages Known:

    Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam

    (mandatory).
  • Good reporting and basic computer skills (MS Excel/Email).

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary:

    30,000 per month

  • Travel Allowances:

    Reimbursed as per company policy

Work Mode

  • Field-based role

    with continuous travel and reporting.
